Tona Koka

YEAR: 2023 – PRESENTLOCATION: CAESAREA INDUSTRIAL PARK, ISRAELSERVICES: SOCIAL, CONTENT, STRATEGY

Tona Koka is a kosher kitchen-bar in the Caesarea industrial park — a high-end nightlife room after dark, a working lunch operation by day.

STRATEGY

We stopped apologising for the industrial park and started selling it.

BEFOREThe wrong address for a night outThe room had already failed as a Greek restaurant. An industrial park reads as dead after dark and full of workers by day — and the kitchen sat idle half the clock.
AFTERTwo businesses, one kitchenAt night we sold the nightlife hard and turned the park's liabilities into arguments: parking everywhere, no neighbours. By day the same kitchen ran a lean business lunch for the park itself.
WHAT HAPPENED

Two businesses instead of half of one. 4.5 million organic views, booking clicks up from 133 a month to 2,500, and profile calls from 141 to over 9,000 — all organic.

APPROACH

What we actually did

01
Fix the model firstTwo propositions off one kitchen — a premium night out after dark, a lean business lunch for the park by day. The marketing finally had somewhere real to point.
02
Sell the locationReframed the industrial park as the reason to come: parking in abundance, an easy arrival, nobody to keep the volume down for.
03
Content built for the nightShort, loud cuts of the show, the bar and the room for TikTok and Reels, every one of them pushing a reservation.
We turned the industrial park from an obstacle into an engine — the kitchen earns at lunch, and at night we became the most wanted nightlife spot in the area.
