Michmoret Beach

YEAR: 2023 – PRESENTLOCATION: MICHMORET BEACH, ISRAELSERVICES: SOCIAL, CONTENT, PAID MEDIA, RECRUITMENT, EVENTS

Michmoret Beach is a beach club and restaurant on the sand — Tulum-leaning, sunset parties, food and events with the sea as the room.

STRATEGY

One channel running a whole beach — the calendar, the events pipeline and the hiring.

BEFORE2,500 followers and three separate problems2,500 followers and no community behind the parties. Seasonal work meant constant staff turnover, and the most profitable side of the business — private events — had no pipeline at all.
AFTEROne channel, the whole operationWe ran the account as the beach's marketing department: an audience built upward, a calendar worth coming for, and paid campaigns handling both event leads and hiring.
EVENTS — BUILT FROM ZERO

There was no events pipeline. We built one, and it returned 100× on spend.

100×RETURN ON EVENTS CAMPAIGN SPEND
FROM ZERONo leads, no funnel, no offer written down. We built the whole apparatus — the pitch, the campaign and the follow-up — from nothing.
TWO AUDIENCESCorporate teams looking for a summer offsite, and private clients looking for a party on the sand — targeted separately, with different creative.
HUNDREDS CLOSEDHundreds of private and corporate events booked straight out of social — the most profitable hours on the beach.
HIRING

Seasonal beach work turns over fast. We made it something people apply for.

Instead of job ads we ran content about the crew — the shifts, the sunsets, life on the sand. Working the beach started reading as a season worth having rather than a job worth filling, and applications came in on their own.

WHAT HAPPENED

The audience grew from 2,500 to 10.9K and the season filled. Two channels that did not exist now run on their own: events returning 100× on spend, and hiring that fills shifts from the feed.

APPROACH

What we actually did

01
Build the audience firstTikTok and Reels content on everything the beach actually offers, until Michmoret read as the beach club of the coast rather than one of several.
02
Hiring as lifestyleContent about the crew and life on the sand — working the beach became something people applied for instead of something we advertised.
03
Events, built to convertA campaign aimed straight at companies and private clients looking for a venue on the water. Separate creative and separate targeting for each audience. It returned 100× on spend.
04
Paid media by seasonBudget moved with the calendar and the geography — offsite season for companies, high summer for private parties — aimed at the catchment that actually drives to Michmoret rather than a national spend.
05
CRM and automationsEvery lead landed in a CRM with automated follow-up, so enquiries were answered fast and nothing sat unattended in an inbox through a weekend.
06
Offer controlWe reviewed the offer going out to the end client and made sure it was presented in a way that matched the campaign — the pitch and the marketing telling one story.
Social did not only fill our parties — it solved our staffing problem on the beach and brought in hundreds of events at a hundred times the return.
